Unopened and undamaged products may be returned/exchanged within (07) days from the receipt date on the invoice and with prior approval.

Opened and undamaged products may be accepted for exchange within (07) days from the receipt date on the invoice and with prior approval. All products approved for return must be complete and in the original box/packaging.

**the customer is responsible for and must pre-pay the costs of all returns. All refunds/credits for approved returns and any expedited handling costs.

All returned products are inspected and/or tested by our technicians before credit is issued.

Exchanges of defective products for similar products may be accommodated. Conditions applied

All non-defective non-used returned products are subject to 10% restocking fee. Incomplete, opened, or otherwise compromised returned products are subject to 7% restocking fee.

* Unauthorized refused deliveries will be assessed a 5% handling fee based on the total order value and any additional charges levied against HK AUTOPARTS by the shipping company.
